NBS Mechanical, Inc. is a design/build mechanical contractor that works directly with customers to provide an environment that is tailored to their specific needs. We coordinate our design with the other trades to ensure that all the pieces fit seamlessly together. This includes the general contractor to ensure the envelope is appropriate, the electrical contractor to confirm proper integration with emergency power, EPO and control wiring as well as the fire suppression contractor to confirm proper shut down and damper requirements.
We work with all the computer grade air conditioner manufacturers and are not tied to just one which allows us to suggest the product which best fits the customer's application.
We can provide an air cooled, water cooled or chilled water solution, which ever best serves the customer's environment.
We provide our services over a wide range of applications such as small IT closets to large data centers, server rooms as well as cell sites and head end rooms. We can design for any electronic environment.
Installation
NBS Mechanical, Inc. is a leader in the computer room installations. This is the only environment in which we work. We make sure all installation practices are code compliant, application appropriate and ascetically pleasing. All operations are performed with safety in mind, for the customer, installers and the surrounding equipment. The workplace environment is kept clean and orderly throughout the installation process.

Being that Data Centers are the only environment in which we work, we are fully aware of the critical nature of these rooms. We understand that down time is to be eliminated. We respond quickly to emergency service calls and get a technician rolling post haste. We are a 24 hour / 365 days a year emergency service provider.
We exercise extreme caution when working in these rooms taking care not to interfere with any of the critical equipment located within these rooms. If the work warrants that the fire suppression system be disabled, we make sure this is completed before any actions are taken. We are fully aware of EPO systems and make sure not to trip them.
Through our years of experience we are quickly able to determine the nature of any problem. Our long years of experience working directly with the factories enables us to get their immediate support when the situation warrants it.
